Buildium (Realpage) is one of the biggest players for all-in-one property management software, with North America as main presence.
As design owner of Buildium’s upmarket segment, I was responsible for leading E2E design of a solution that allows users to quickly gather and manage all their liabilities held - One page to rule them all.

Revamping payments solution to improve debt collection
OLX Group (Naspers) is a global leader in facilitating trade across a wide range of categories of products and services.
Leaded from 0-1 all research and design, by successfully revamping the payments experience for OLX real estate platforms, resulting in a remarkable 267% increase in debt collection within just one month after the roll out.

In-store credit solution for installment payments
Sonae is the largest private employer in Portugal. I was the sole and lead designer for Universo, its financial services company, that had 1M clients and over 1B euros yearly production, back in 2022.
I led E2E design for a completely new in-store credit solution, achieving an impressive +45% conversion rate within just 3 months, compared to the previous solution.
